Dr. Stuart Rose

Founder & Chairman

Dr. Rose has led a diverse career spanning more than four decades, with an emphasis in pharmaceutical manufacturing and biotech businesses. In that time, he has achieved four meaningful exits. Dr. Rose is also Founder of The BioScience Center in Albuquerque, NM, a for-profit business incubator that accepts shares from pre-revenue startups in lieu of a portion of rent, while also supporting and advising companies to help them convert technical ideas into commercial success. Dr. Rose also founded FatPipe, a chain of co-working spaces across New Mexico. At present, he is invested in and actively involved with 14 startups in a diverse array of industries. Dr. Rose founded Go-Station in 2015 and remains the company’s Chairman. With so many interests, Dr. Rose is passionate about forming and seeding companies and investing in early-stage organizations with the potential to leave an impact on the world. He is particularly attracted to companies that have disruptive technologies or business models.

Andrew Hisey

Andrew is an experienced entrepreneur and business leader that has spent his career in global automotive, transportation and manufacturing organizations. Among others, Andrew held leadership and executive positions at Penske Corporation and Carlisle Companies (NYSE: CSL). In addition to stints in large corporations, Andrew has also bought and sold small businesses. His family has been involved with professional motor racing since the 1940s, and he remains a rabid motor racing fan and car nut.
Ray Addison

Ray Addison

Vice President & CMO
Ray is a marketing executive with more than 15 years of automotive experience. He has held a variety of leadership and executive roles at Mercedes-Benz USA and Daimler Trucks North America. In his role at Go-Station, Ray oversees sales, marketing, site selection, software development, and customer experience design. He serves on the Digital Marketing Advisory Council for George Washington University. He is also a member of Leadership Charlotte, a 10-month program for emerging and existing leaders, and serves on the Board of Directors for Sustain Charlotte, an advocacy group focused on sustainability initiatives in Charlotte, NC.
Mike Anderson

Mike Anderson

Vice President & COO
Mike Anderson is an accomplished entrepreneur and business executive, having previously owned his own business in the automated material handling industry. Mike has been involved with the EV industry since 2011 and most recently served as CEO of Efacec USA, a subsidiary of Portuguese EV Charger manufacturer Efacec. While at Efacec, Mike not only created a charging equipment reseller network across the United States and Canada, but was also responsible for the sale and deployment of over 700 charging stations. At Go-Station, Mike oversees and manages the utilization of available charging technology, the deployment of charging stations, and the maintenance and operation of all installed charging assets.

Blake Hutchinson

CFO
Blake has 25 years of energy industry investment analysis and management experience including 15 years of sell-side equity research with Howard Weil, Inc. and five years of public and private asset management as a partner with Treaty Oak Capital Management, LP. Within these roles he was responsible for financial forecasting and investment recommendations, as well extensively involved in corporate transactions, finance, and governance for a global universe of companies within the energy space.

Brian leads the Go-Station Center for Network Optimization in creating and leveraging proprietary big data analysis methods to create finely-tuned strategic deployment plans to maximize the growth, performance, and customer experience of the Go-Station alternative energy network. With over 15 years of unique experience in analysis and design of large-scale architectural and urban systems, Brian has led dozens of successful inter-disciplinary teams around the world. He is a proud father of 4 boys (2 sets of twins) in the Land of Enchantment, New Mexico.
Adrienne Bond

Adrienne is seasoned attorney whose dynamic career has spanned more than 35 years of continuous practice. With specific proficiency in Energy Finance, Securities, and LLC law, Adrienne’s client representation has included an array of corporate E&P and Oilfield Service companies as well as digital start-up organizations and entrepreneurs. Adrienne has closed transactions in excess of $1B, has hired and managed legal teams, built legal departments from the ground up, and has published many scholarly articles and papers throughout her career. She is fluent in English and Spanish, competent in French, and has studied Portuguese, Greek, and Italian.
Jason Podraza

Jason spent seven years as Chief Financial Officer of Ranger Energy Services (NASDAQ: RNGR) and its predecessor, Bayou Well Services. In his role as CFO, Jason helped oversee the full spectrum of Bayou’s development from private startup, through full-cycle hyper growth and cyclical contraction, to merger/monetization with PE partner, and eventual IPO filing (via RNGR). Prior to RNGR/Bayou, he worked eight years as an institutional sell-side analyst covering the oil services and equipment sector for Howard Weil (1999-2007) as well as the Integrated Oils and Refiners including Macro Oil for ISI Group (2009-2010). Jason has been advising the Go-Station team since the summer of 2020.
Louis Efron

Louis is a globally recognized thought leader, writer, speaker, and award-winning people executive. He is a senior management consultant at Gallup and has held global executive roles at Fortune 500 companies such as DaVita, Tesla, and Stryker, and managed, produced, and directed NYC theatre. In addition to his long-standing advisory work with Go-Station, he currently serves on the Advisory Board for The University of Arizona, Forbes School of Business and Technology, and on the Board of his charity, World Child Cancer USA. He holds an MS in I/O Psychology from Capella University, a BA from California State University, Fullerton, and a BS and JD from Saratoga University School of Law. Louis has written five books, enjoys free time with his wife and two daughters, is an avid runner, motorcyclist, and lover of Legos.
